I ordered fridge /freezer seals from "Airtight Fridge seals" on the 18th Nov. with their promise of 4 days delivery time they arrived on the 22nd..I was a little optimistic as they needed to come from Perth to South Mission Beach ,Far North QLD(across the country).To my amazement they got here on time (in 4days) and over a weekend. Very impressive.The information and instructions provided were excellent, very simple installation instructions and to make sure the items got here on time they upgraded the standard post to Free express Post at their own cost.It just reminds me of the service you used to get where the business thinks more about the customer than the profitsI am extremely impressed and would more businesses follow your example.A very pleased customer (and the price was unbeatable)Well done to everyone concernedRichard ruddell
I purchased a fridge and freezer seal combo about 4 years ago. They provided guidance on the installation when I needed advice and the seals have been working great ever since. Highly recommend.
I hadn’t replaced a door seal before. I took some measurements I thought would be enough. When I got there the guys were so professional in showing me exactly how to measure a door seal, install a door seal, and they even gave me different rubber seal profile off-cuts to compare to the ones already there (Freezer-room and a Cool-room at a cafe). When I got back I had collected all the information they needed, so they were able to custom make a pair of seals for me. I ordered them that afternoon and collected them next morning. The two seals fit like gloves!!!! Thanks for all the staff for basically giving me a crash course in fridge seals. Great service, good price, will definitely be coming back for more.
